Tradestaff Global is a New Zealand based international recruitment agency that specialises in the supply of expat workers in contract, temporary and permanent positions across a variety of sectors.

Tradestaff Global is a subsidiary of the Tradestaff Group, which was established in 1996 and is New Zealand’s largest privately owned recruitment agency.

We offer full global coverage and currently supply skilled workers for long and short term assignments to clients based around the world. We have supplied clients of varying sizes, from projects requiring one worker to large projects with over one hundred Tradestaff Global workers on site at any given time.

Terry Dawson

GM Global Operations

Terry Dawson is the General Manager overseeing Tradestaff Global, having joined the business in January 2024. Terry brings a hands-on, collaborative, and down-to-earth approach, focusing on building strong, trusting partnerships that connect people, purpose, and performance.

Terry joins Tradestaff with extensive, diversified, multi-site, and multi-sector leadership experience. He has led all aspects of large, diverse portfolio businesses across production, manufacturing, engineering, facilities, and supply chain organisations in specialist sectors.

Tradestaff Global sends New Zealand-based workers to remote projects around the world, supplying staff to 17 different countries and a significant number of staff to Antarctica.

Kevin Eder

Managing Director

Kevin is the founder and Managing Director of Tradestaff. Under his direction, Kevin has taken the company from a one-man band in 1996 to a nationwide leader. Due to his extensive experience in recruitment and leadership, Kevin is regarded as a knowledgeable and engaging spokesperson on recruitment and business issues.
