Simon joined the Tradestaff Global team in September 2020. His experience across sales, customer service and client management is a great fit for the varied and fast-paced demands of the Global Operations team. He’s the Swiss Army knife of the crew, handling everything from candidate sourcing, background checks, medicals and onboarding, through to the complex logistics of travel and mobilisation.

The level of detail involved in getting workers to some of the most remote and challenging locations in the world is huge, but that’s exactly where Simon thrives. He enjoys the team’s challenge of matching quality candidates with outstanding clients and opportunities, often in places so unique even Google Maps has to do a double take.
