Our client is an established construction contractor delivering a variety of projects across a regional area in northern Australia. They work across both large and small-scale developments, with a focus on delivering efficient, high-quality outcomes through modern equipment and integrated project capabilities. The company contributes to the delivery of key infrastructure that supports regional communities, including residential, healthcare, and education-related developments.
ABOUT YOU
- Qualified carpenter with a solid 5–10 years of experience
- Experience across high-end residential, commercial and community projects
- Ability to read plans and work both independently & in a team
- Strong attention to detail and takes pride in your work
- A Full Class 1 Driver’s licence
- NZ / AU Citizens ONLY
- Ability to pass pre-employment checks (medical, drug testing, and background screening including clean police check)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- General carpentry across residential and commercial projects such as community infrastructure including schools, childcare centres, and health facilities
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and site safety
- Contribute positively to the work environment and team culture
- Fulfil health and safety & environmental responsibilities
POSITION DETAILS
- Permanent full-time position
- $90-$100k AUD per annum, plus superannuation
- 45 hours per week, Monday-Friday
- Work on diverse and meaningful projects
