WHAT’S THE JOB?
You’ll be working hands-on as part of a skilled electrical team and local labour force on a new-build project in the Marshall Islands. This is a physically active role involving electrical installation, cable pulling, and conduit work. Experience with Fabrication of metal conduit, working with data cabling, security systems, & fire alarms will be advantageous.
What We Need From you:
- Hold a current NZ Electrical Practising Licence.
- Commercial Electrical experience.
- You’ll be working in hot, humid conditions - resilience required!
- UPS battery systems and/or backup generator systems
- Telecoms
- Security system installation
- Switchgear & transformer wiring
- Fire alarms
WHAT’S THE CATCH?
- Due to travel restrictions, only NZ or US Passport holders that are currently living and working in NZ should apply.
- Must be willing to receive Flu, Tdap & MMR vaccinations.
- Pre-employment drug & alcohol test required.
- Full Class 1 NZ Driver Licence and clean criminal record essential.
- Start dates = Early – Mid 2026 but depend on visa authorisation, medical clearance, security checks, notice period, and flight availability.
