WHAT’S THE JOB?
Tasks will include all aspects of commercial plastering such as fixing & stopping plasterboard, setting, jointing, sanding, installing trims, patching & repairs, and achieving a high-quality finish ready for paint. Work will be repetitive at times, so attention to detail, consistency & pride in workmanship are essential. Proven experience in plastering is required.
WHAT’S THE CATCH?
- Vaccinations: You need to be happy to have Flu, Tdap & MMR Vaccines.
- You’re on the ice for a long time, these roles are not ‘fly in fly out’ / FIFO.
- You’ll work long hours, six days out of seven.
- Start dates are approximate and are subject to you passing medical and dental checks, getting security clearance, your notice period and ice flight availability.
- You must pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol test.
- You need a Full Class 1 NZ Driver Licence and a clean criminal record.

- You must be prepared to travel to Tauranga for medical and dental exams. We pay for testing and flights if travelling from outside the Bay of Plenty.
