Charlotte Parkinson

​Originally from Feilding in the Mighty Manawatu, Charlotte relocated to Christchurch and completed a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Canterbury before joining Tradestaff in 2014 as a recruitment consultant, recruiting staff and supporting employers at the height of the Canterbury rebuild.

Nearly nine years later Charlotte is now leading the international division of Tradestaff specialising in the recruitment, transition and settlement of migrants to New Zealand for clients looking for additional labour support. Although the last couple of years has seen challenges due to COVID border restrictions and unprecedented Immigration changes, Charlotte is resilient and dedicated, ensuing that those who want to relocate to NZ can still continue with their dream.
